INGREDIENTS UNITS: US 1cucumber (peeled & chopped in 1/2-inch squares) 1cup roma tomato (diced) 1⁄2cup red onion (chopped) 3tablespoons lime juice 2tablespoons cilantro 1teaspoon sugar 1⁄4teaspoon salt 1⁄4teaspoon pepper 1cup dry pasta shell macaroni DIRECTIONS Cook pasta, drain. Combine lime juice, cilantro, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl. In a large bowl, combine pasta and vegetables. Toss gently with lime dressing.
