February 18, 2004 at 1:20:48p.m. Wal-Mart’s buyers visited the Elite Industries candy factory in Upper Nazareth as well as a number of other food, plastic and textile plants. In the U.S., Wal-Mart has emerged as a major retailer of kosher foods. Kosher food is featured in about 250 Wal-Mart stores.
