Zalman’s Glatt Kosher meat will no longer be available. Anywhere. The company is kaput. Gone. Took a hike. Out of here. So why is this bad news? For one simple reason: there will now be essentially two glatt kosher shechita houses. Just think what that will do to prices?! Yikes! (RJR)
