What You’ll Need 2 large navel oranges, peeled, sliced, and cut into quarters 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 6 cups romaine or leaf lettuce, chopped 1/4 cup low-fat balsamic vinaigrette 2 tablespoons sliced almonds What to Do   In a bowl, place lettuce, oranges, and onion.
