cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon mustard 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper 1⁄2 lb macaroni, cooked and drained 1 cup sliced celery 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper 1⁄2 cup chopped red pepper 1⁄2 cup chopped green onion DIRECTIONS Combine dressing ingredients.
