Roberto Cohen Bourgogne Aligote 2004
Clear light yellow robe with delicate floral notes and fruity nuances of green apple. Very pleasant wine with a lively and refreshing finale. Ideal aperitif with Blackcurrent Liquor for a perfect French Kir. Best with Salmon (smoked or grilled), grilled chicken, roast turkey and gravy, cheese Quiche, Ceasar salads and white fish. Serve only slightly chilled.

Binyamina Green Apple Liqueur
This liqueur was created using the optimal natural benefits of the apple fruit. It may be enjoyed on its own or in cocktails such as an Apple Martini or Crabby Apple. Serve chilled.
Goose Bay Chardonnay 2006
Goose Bay Chardonnay is made in very limited quantities from low yielding, high acid clones. The long, cool growing season and clay soils have contributed incredible crisp citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Aging on the lees in both French and American oak provide nicely balanced mealy, vanilla and toast nuances. Serve with a wide range of fish, meats and cheeses.

Chateau Leoville Poyferre Saint Julien 2003
62% Cabernet Sauvignon – 28% Merlot – 8 % Petit Verdot – 2% Cabernet Franc. The Leoville Poyferre estate has been owned by the Cuvelier family since 1920. Rigorous work from the vine to the bottle allows the exceptional character of the Sant Julien terroir to be revealed. Intense color, balance, elegance, finesse, velvety texture and complexity are constant in all vintages.
