CAPPUCCINO TRUFFLE

This truffle drink is no trifle!

2 Tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 shot (50ml) brewed coffee
About one cup of frothed milk

Mix the cream with the cocoa and slowly coat the sides of the glass with the mixture. Use a gentle rotating or swirling motion to do this. Pour the shot of coffee into the glass. Top it all off with the frothed milk.
