Citrusy Avocado Salad

What You’ll Need

  • 4 cups shredded romaine or leaf lettuce
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing

What to Do

 

  1. On each of 4 salad plates, place one-fourth shredded lettuce.
  2. Slice avocado in 1/4-inch wedges. Arrange avocado wedges and grapefruit sections on lettuce.
  3. Drizzle with poppy seed dressing.
