    ounces wide egg noodles

    apple, diced

    pear, diced

    cup raisins

    cup prune, chopped
  • 2
    tablespoons Smart Balance butter spread
  • 1
    tablespoon honey
  • 12
    teaspoon cinnamon
  • DIRECTIONS

    • Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 dish.
    • Cook and drain noodles. Place into large bowl.
    • Add fruit and Smart Balance, mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
    • Spoon into prepared dish, and bake 35-45 minutes.
