RESTAURANT RE-CERTIFIED
Dear Kosher-NY Friends,
After a gap without hashgachah, Sacred Chow, located at 227 Sullivan Street, between West 3rd Street and Bleecker Street, is now under the hashgachah of Rabbi Zev Schwarcz.
According to the Teudah issued on June 13th, all foods at Sacred Chow are Kosher and Pareve. However, the teudah also reminds us that Sacred Chow does offer a selection of Non-Kosher wines, but does not cook with any of those wines in their food preparation. They also offer Mevushal Kosher wines.
The Teudah is up for renewal on June 30, 2008.
As always, it’s our commitment to keep you up-to-date and informed.
-The Kosher-NY Team
