Fudgy Chocolate Cookies

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup Splenda sugar baking blend
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar Splenda, packed
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt margarine; remove from heat. Stir in Splenda sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Add flour mixture; stir until just combined. Place in bowl; cover and chill dough 15 minutes. Stir in chips.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat baking sheets with cooking spray.
  4. Drop chilled dough by cookie scoop or rounded teaspoons onto baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
