Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 c oil
1/4 c orange juice
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
Mix above ingredients together.
Add 3 1/4 cups flour – if dough is too sticky add up to another 1/4 cup of flour.
Dough is best when refrigerated several hours – overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Working in batches roll out dough and cut into rounds using a glass. Stuff with desired filling, fold into hamantaschen and bake 20 minutes until golden.

Lemon Curd
Smores – fluff, chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers
