Bone Suckin’ Veggie Kabobs

Those of you who are long time KN readers know that we worship at the Shrine of Bone Suckin’ Sauce. Here is a great recipe from them!

Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’ Vegetable Seasoning, ½ cup
  • Red Pepper, 1, seeded and quartered
  • Orange Pepper, 1, seeded and quartered
  • Green Pepper, 1, seeded and quartered
  • Zucchini, 1, 1 inch slices
  • Mushrooms, sliced, 1 pkg. (8 oz.)
  • Roma Tomatoes, 2, quartered
  • Onions, 2 sliced
  • Wooden Skewers, 6, soaked in water for 15 min.

Instructions

  1. Start with a vegetable of your choice, skewer the vegetable, repeating this with different vegetables until the skewer is full. Be sure to leave room (1 inch on either end) to hold on to the skewer.
  2. Before cooking food, sprinkle with the Bone Suckin’ Vegetable Seasoning.
  3. Grill for 10 minutes on each side. Let the Kabobs rest for 5 min. before serving.
  4. Use Bone Suckin’ Sauce for dipping. Recipe serves 6.
