HOW NOW MINI COW

Gotta love this story! It seems that farmers in Cuba have bred mini cows that stand about 28 inches high! That is about the size of a dog.

These mini cows can deliver four to five quarts of milk per day! Not too shabby, eh? These cows are so small you can keep a whole herd (ok, a very small herd) in your back yard! They eat simple grass and weeds.

Ok Teaneck readers: who will be the first family to have a mini cow in the yard? Gosh, talk about fresh milk!!
