Yum! This is a wonderful kuggle for Shabbat! Can be served hot or cold. Enjoy!
Shabbos Koogle
16 ozs noodles (I used medium width)
4 eggs (can use 5 if mixture doesn’t feel right!)
1/2 Cup raisins
3 apples sliced fine (I use a combination of whatever types I have)
1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain) – 16 oz
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon (or more if desired)
A dash or two of nutmeg
1/3 to 1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
Cook and drain noodles. In a bowl combine all ingredients except noodles. Mix well with a fork. Add noodles, combining until noodles are well coated with mixture. Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. (I coat the dish with Wesson spray first). Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 45 mins to 1 hour. Check part way through to make sure the top
noodles are not over-browned. If they are getting dark, lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the top.
You can cut this into 24 pieces.
