Chagall Bistro – Park Slope

French food reasonably priced is the aim of a new restaurant in Park Slope Brooklyn. Koshertopia has confirmed that Chagall Bistro located at 332 5th St. Brooklyn has opened and is under the Supervision of the OK. The menu created by Executive Chef Jean-Claude Teulade, a veteran of French food includes saffron risotto with diced jalapeños to a chicken fricassee with mushrooms, duck prosciutto, to a rib eye steak with house-made French fries and a brandy-pepper sauce and some exquisite desserts (orange souffle & creme brulee amongst the list).
