An excellent summer salad! Try it today! You won’t be sorry!
Butter/Bib Lettuce
Red Onion – Chopped (medium dice)
Avacado – Chopped (good sized chunks)
1 to 2 cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
Dressing:
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 Cup Oil
4 Tablespoons Vinegar
1 tsp dehydrated onion
1 tsp celery seed
Combine dressing ingredients. Let sit at least 2 hours, even better overnight. Toss dressing with salad, but toss lightly — if you overdo the dressing, the salad becomes soggy — fast!
