Acme Smoked Fish Corporation Introduces Smoked Fish Dip
for Retail
Made with a select mix of wild-caught exotic fish
Brooklyn, New York – January 1, 2013 – Acme Smoked Fish Corporation, a fourth-generation
family-owned and operated business since 1906 and one of the most popular smoked fish brands
in North America, is announcing the launch of its Acme Smoked Fish Dip retail cup. This dip
melds lightly cured, wild caught Mahi-Mahi and other exotic wild-caught fish with a sweet and
spicy blend of fresh jalapeños, sweet relish, fine spices and mayonnaise. Our handcrafted dip has
been used as a spread and dip in many popular restaurants from coast to coast.
The spread is the latest addition to the Acme brand, a distinctive line of traditional smoked fish
products and pickled herring that have been enjoyed for generations. The smoked fish dip retail
cup will be available for sale in mid-December.
“We’re delighted to bring the Acme Smoked Fish Dip into the homes and kitchens of families
across the nation,” explains Gabriel Viteri, Vice-President of Strategy and Business
Development. “As we enter 2013, we intend to bring more delicacies to the table, each inspired
by our proud family heritage, our passion for seafood and our continuing commitment to
environmentally conscious and sustainable seafood trade.”
The Acme Smoked Fish Dip is a kosher product.
