ABAGAIL’S KOSHER DINNERS TO GO

Jeff Nathan, Executive Chef and co-owner of Abigael’s on Broadway, the world largest kosher restaurant, has created ‘dinners to go’ entrees that will debut in two Fairway Market Manhattan locations. The meat, fish, chicken and pasta meals are available now in the Upper West and Upper East Side locations in New York City.

Dishes including steak teriyaki with vegetables and rice, and boneless chicken Dijon with kielbasa sausage, onions and bell peppers are all Glatt Kosher and range in price from $8.99 to $14.99. Nathan, who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, a cookbook author and celebrity chef host of public television’s “New Jewish Cuisine,” created all the recipes.

“This is an exciting collaboration for Fairway,” said Herb Ruetsch, CEO of Fairway Market. “We are always looking to expand our kosher offerings and partnering with Jeff Nathan, such a renowned and innovative chef, means more outstanding choices for our customers.”

Fairway Market offers an exceptional combination of traditional, organic and specialty foodstuffs at great prices. Each of the 11 tri-state locations is a fusion of the best specialty stores, organic markets and traditional supermarkets with the services of the neighborhood corner butcher, baker, cheese shop, and fishmonger and the freshness and variety of the farmer’s market – all under one roof.
