On Sunday, Maestro Leonardo and his wife, Nicole, celebrated the birth of their second child with a most joyous baby naming at Lincoln Square Synagogue in Manhattan.
First of all, a hearty mazal tov to Nicole and Lenny on Yael’s birth and naming. May she grow to a life of Torah, Mitzvot and Maasim Tovim. And for both of your sakes, may her temperament not be as fiery as her bright red hair!
The event was catered by Kay Caterers, and what an event it was. Kay sure does dairy well!
But of course, there was lox. But of course there was white fish. But of course there was herring (several different kinds). The crudites were delish as were all the summer fruits. What caught our attention, however, was the omelets to order stations set up around the room. The omelets were fantastic and made to order, so to speak. Alongside the omelets, there was French toast and home fries, too. There were at least four different kinds of breads, as well as the ubiquitous bagels. All in all, it was quite a delight.
Nicole and Lenny: mazal tov to you both and may you have lots of nachat from your children.
