Glen Ellen, CA (September 17, 2010) — B. R. Cohn Winery owner and philanthropist
Bruce Cohn is pleased to announce the new release of the B. R. Cohn 2008 Kosher Cabernet
Sauvignon. The wine is certified by the Orthodox Union. Only 400 cases have been produced
from this vintage and is the perfect Hanukkah gift and food accompaniment for the upcoming
holiday season. The wine will be sold exclusively in the B.R. Cohn Winery tasting room and
online at www.brcohn.com .
This 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon has deep aromas of plum and black cherry. Aromas of
spice, anise, white pepper and cedar cigar box combine with ripe luscious flavors to create a full
bodied Cabernet with a lasting finish. This wine was fermented in small lots and aged in the
finest tight-grain French oak barrels. Enjoy this wine paired with roast lamb or lively Italian
pasta dishes.
The cabernet was selected from our Trestle Glen Vineyard which is part of the B.R.
Cohn Olive Hill renowned estate and is grown using sustainable farming practices. The unique
microclimate at B.R. Cohn Winery, featuring underground natural hot springs and gentle ocean
breezes, provide high quality grapes vintage after vintage.
