The OU certified company sells some really fine low acid coffees. On top of that, they are passionately committed to ensuring the protection of manatees in the wild.

In their own words: “In 1997 a young entrepreneurial couple opted to start a coffee company that would help in the survival efforts of the manatee. Their concept was simple, to produce a wonderful, low acidic coffee that consumers would enjoy with part of the proceeds contributing to the preservation efforts and well being of endangered manatees.

Today Manatee Gourmet Coffee has grown well beyond the original vision of its founders. We remain committed to continuing to produce the wonderful, low acidic, virtually bitter free coffee you currently enjoy.
