We found this recipe in HaModiah. It sure looks good. We are going to give it a test run for shabbat. (Sure hope it tastes as good as it sounds!)
1 bag of chopped cabbage or half a large head
2 TEASPOONS of soy sauce or tamari sauce
1/2 TEASPOON of salt
1 TABLESPOON of olive oil
1 TABLESPOON of sugar
Put cabbage in a large bowl. Mix the other indgredients together and pour over chopped cabbage. Mix well until all the cabbage is coated. Chill. Serve.
