2 small grapefruits
2 oranges
2 avocadoes
endive
dressing:
1 teaspoon dijon mutard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
kosher salt
peel and cut up the fruit and avocados
pour dressing over it
pour mixture over a plate of endive
