(SECAUCUS, NJ—January 8, 2009) The Manischewitz Company
announced today that Bruce Bossidy has left the company, by
mutual agreement, following the expiration of his employment
contract. The company has retained Russell Reynolds Associates
to initiate a search for a new President and CEO; board member
Paul Bensabat will act as interim CEO during the search..

broadening the appeal of Kosher food from our core constituents to
a much larger market searching for healthy eating alternatives”

the experience to help us manage our growth so that we can
