Corn Dip (Dairy)
Ingredients
3(11 ounce) cansMexican-style corn
10ouncesshredded Cheddar cheese
1(8 ounce) containersour cream
¾cupmayonnaise
1(4 ounce) candiced green chiles, drained
5green onions, chopped
1jalapeno pepper, chopped
Directions
Combine Mexican-style corn, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green chiles, green onions, and jalapeño in a medium bowl; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
