Veggie And Hummus Sandwich
Ingredients
2sliceswhole-grain bread
3tablespoonshummus
¼avocado, mashed
½cupmixed salad greens
¼mediumred bell pepper, sliced
¼cupsliced cucumber
¼cupshredded carrot
Directions
Spread 1 slice of bread with hummus and the other with avocado. Fill the sandwich with greens, bell pepper, cucumber and carrot. Slice in half and serve.
