CHERRY CRUSH

Our kind of summer drink!!

2 ounces of good bourbon (no cheapo stuff!!)
3 pitted cherries
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of sugar
2 Dashes of bitters
Mint sprig for garnish

In a blender, mix all the ingredients (except for the mint sprig) with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of ice. Mix for a minute or two until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve with the mint sprig and a straw.
