Los Angeles, CA – By Eda Kram… Neshama Gourmet Kosher Foods introduced a new sausage line, Kosher Organic Chicken Sausage. Three years ago, Neshama introduced the first gourmet kosher Chicken and Turkey Sausage. The company’s goal was to develop a kosher poultry product that was all-natural, low fat and low in carbohydrates. Neshama produced four varieties: Country Style Apple, Mild Italian, Smoked Andouille and Spicy Italian. All of the sausages are made with premium ingredients, and are low fat, low carb, contain no artificial ingredients, gluten and MSG-free and packed in edible kosher collagen casings. The Neshama products are glatt kosher under the supervision of Star-K Kosher Supervision and the RCC (Rabbinical Council of California).
