Garlic Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
1 pound potatoes (400 grams), cut into about 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Place potatoes in a roasting pan or a backing sheet.
Drizzle oil over the potatoes and spinkle salt and garlic. Mix until well coated.
Adjust oven rack to center position and preheat oven to 400°F or 205°C.
Cook for an hour to an hour and a half or until ready. Mix every half an hour or if they seem to be browning too much on one side. Remove when a fork can pierce them easily.
