Chicken Salad With Grapes
Ingredients
45OuncesChicken Breast cooked or 3 15-ounce cans drained
1CupCelery Chopped
1 1/2CupsMayonnaise
2CupsSeedless Red Grapes sliced in half or Diced
1/2TeaspoonSalt
1/2TeaspoonGround Black Pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl add the cooked diced chicken.
Add the diced celery, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Gently fold in the sliced seedless red grapes
Serve on bread, croissants, toasted bread, crackers. Use in lettuce wraps or flour wraps. Refrigerate if not using right away.
