Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese, chilled and cubed
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- raw sugar, for decorating
For the strawberry filling:
- 3/4 cups good strawberry jam
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
