For the crepes:

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
For the strawberry compote:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
