Pasta Salad Primavera
What You’ll Need
3 cups cooked rotini pasta, rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 cup French dressing
What to Do
In a large bowl, combine pasta, carrots, celery , peas, green pepper, onion, and broccoli. Add lemon pepper and French dressing. Mix well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until ready to serve.
Test Kitchen Tip:
About 2-1/2 cups of uncooked rotini pasta usually make about 3 cups cooked.
