Amish Cole Slaw

What You’ll Need

  • 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons jarred horseradish
  • 2 packets Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, celery, and onion.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper seasoning, horseradish, Splenda, vinegar, and celery seed. Add to cabbage mixture; mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
