Noodles Romanoff (Dairy)

What You’ll Need

  • 1 (12-ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, butter, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add noodles and toss until evenly coated. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
