Garlic Dill Potatoes

Garlic Potatoes

  • 3 pounds red skinned potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/4 cup Tuscanini Light Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  

Start Cooking

Prepare the Garlic Dill Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Quarter the potatoes lengthwise and toss with olive oil and spices. Place each wedge onto a parchment lined baking sheet, cut side down.

  3. Roast until the potatoes are tender and crisp, 30-45 minutes.

  4. While hot, remove the potatoes to a bowl. Add the garlic and dill, then cover the bowl and let steam for five minutes. Uncover and serve.
