Recipe
Apple filling
10 granny Smith apples sliced
1 can cranberry sauce
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup lemon juice
Pesach granola
3 matzas
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup date honey/silan
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup sliver almonds
1 tsp cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 130c/275f.
2. For the granola, crush the matza and mix with the rest of ingredients. Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
3. While baking the topping, mix the sliced apples and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Layer the apple mixture in a ramekin or baking sheet and top with the granola topping.
5. Raise temperature of the oven to 175c/350f
6. Bake apple crisp for 25 minutes and enjoy!
