Easy To Make Lo Mein Noodles

What You’ll Need

  • 8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

What to Do

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook garlic, carrots, and snow peas for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ginger; mix well. Add sauce and spaghetti to skillet and mix until noodles are evenly coated. Heat for 2 minutes or until heated through.
