BBQ Meatballs
What You’ll Need
1 (20-ounce) package lean ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup reduced-sugar grape jelly
What to Do
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, egg, oats, mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix well.
Form the meat mixture into 25 meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until no longer pink in center.
Meanwhile, combine the barbecue sauce and jelly in a medium saucepan over low heat and simmer until hot. Add meatballs to sauce and toss until evenly coated.
