Cabbage Stir Fry
What You’ll Need
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 onion, cut in half, then sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 head green cabbage, coarsely shredded (about 1-1/2 pounds)
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1 tablespoon water
What to Do
In a wok or large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion, carrots, garlic, and cabbage 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add soy sauce, ginger, and 1 tablespoon water. Cook 5 minutes, or until heated through.
