French Bistro Vinaigrette
What You’ll Need
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, basil, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Use immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
For simplicity and convenience, serve this over packaged mixed salad greens. That way, all the work of cutting and cleaning is already done for you.
