40 ounces, fluid, bottled BBQ Sauce
15 ounces, fluid pineapple chunks
1 whole green bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
8 whole boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
In a large bowl mix together BBQ sauce, pineapple with juice, green bell pepper, onion and garlic. Arrange four of the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the chicken. Place remaining chicken in the slow cooker, and pour remaining sauce over the top. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
