1 lean brisket
1 envelope of Lipton dry onion soup
1 cup of strong coffee
1 can of whole cranberries
Mix coffee, onion soup and cranberries and pour over brisket in a baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit with cover on for four hours.
Once tender, turn up oven to 400 degrees F and continue to bake, uncovered, for about twenty minutes.
