Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes
- Butter or pareve margarine
- Orange Juice
- Salt
- Pecans
- Coconut Sugar
Instructions
- Wash potatoes
- Put small holes in them so they don’t explode
- Bake until soft and cool,
- Cut in half, scoop out potato keeping potatoes skin intact.
- Mash potatoes with butter add orange juice and salt and put back into skins.
- Chop pecans and mix with coconut sugar and salt and press into top of potato. bake for 10 min and enjoy!
