Flourless Brownies, Gluten Free, low Carb, and Low Fat

What You’ll Need

  • 3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bananas, egg, vanilla, and cocoa powder; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into baking dish.
  3. Bake 25 to 27 minutes, or until firm on top. Let cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, then cut and serve.
