Flourless Brownies, Gluten Free, low Carb, and Low Fat
What You’ll Need
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
What to Do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine bananas, egg, vanilla, and cocoa powder; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into baking dish.
Bake 25 to 27 minutes, or until firm on top. Let cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, then cut and serve.
Notes
Flourless Brownies are best kept in the refrigerator
