Easy Peasy Pea Salad (Diabetic Safe)
What You’ll Need:
1 (16-ounce) package frozen petite peas, thawed
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions with tops
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
What To Do:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
