I thought last year was the year of everything coconut? These chips are good and a lot less salty than the typical tortilla chip. Nice and crisp made with coconut flour and cooked in coconut oil. The first ingredients is cassava starch – sounds exotic right? Well, all that is is tapioca flour. 10 chips are 140 calories, 7 grams of fat, 330 mg of sodium and one gram of naturally occurring sugars. One note to package designers – you cannot read white type on a pink background!
