CHOCOLATE MATZAH BRITTLE

We make this every year, and it is always a huge hit with the family!

HINT: Cover a cookie pan with aluminum foil- it makes clean up much easier.

Matzah
2 sticks of pareve margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bag of chocolate chips

Line the cookie pan with matzahs. It is ok if they overlap a bit. Melt the margarine with the brown sugar until it starts to boil. Pour this mixture over the matzah, and bake at 375F (190C) for 7 (seven) minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, and pour the chocolate bits over the matzahs. After the bits melt, let it cool in the refrigerator for one hour. Break it all into small pieces. Serve. Watch it disappear!!
