PASSOVER GRANOLA

8 Cups Matzah Farfel
1 Cup Nuts (I use Walnuts and Almonds, can use more if desired)
1-1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Honey
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cup Raisins

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix farfel, nuts and coconut in a bowl.

Add honey and oil; mix well.

Spead mixutre in a single layer on non stick
baking sheets or disposable aluminum pans.

Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring (and kind of flipping) often to prevent burning.

Remove from oven, put into a bowl and add raisins. Mix well.

Cool and store in an airtight container.

Great for breakfast with milk or for snacking right out of the container!

* This is a great recipe to play with, if you’d like to add other dried fruits, this too would work. Get creative!

** You can cut this recipe in half or you can double it. Remember it will go really fast!
